Her path

Great yoga classes to get your body moving with beautiful little insights and perfect music. 👌 Plus, she’s just fun to be around, talk to, and hang out with. I did the Flow Retreat in January 2024, it was the best for me to begin the year with the good energy of the Island and I discovered day by day to be in the perfect for a new begin. Everything was aligned, even the manifestation workshop it was by chance with the new moon of january, this was something magical. The villa was simply perfect in terms of space and cozyness. Room really big, also the bath and the space within the villa.. perfect for around 10 people, everyone could have space for some alone time. The wood villa for the yoga practice was full of good energy. The compentence of the teachers was felt, every meditation or different yoga practice were guided from correcting the positions to explaining also what is behind each pose. Also the flow movements we did in the morning were perfect combined to give a mix of yoga and flow/strength movements. Food fresh and prepared with consciousness and attention. Activities and free time well balanced. I can really reccomend for a fresh start into the new year.

The honest answers.

Is this beginner-friendly?
Some yoga experience helps, but movement is open to all levels and Anke adjusts the yoga to the room. Nobody is behind.
What’s the difference between yoga and movement?
Yoga settles you. Movement wakes you up. One grounds the body, the other surprises it — they feel completely different.
Do I have to join everything?
No. The programme is rich and completely optional. Stay in your own flow — the hammock counts.
Can I come alone?
Both work, but most come solo and leave with new contacts. By Tuesday the table feels like dinner with friends.
What about food allergies?
Tell us when you book. The kitchen is mostly veggie by default, fish on request, and Manjula adjusts for whatever you need.
What if I need to cancel?
50% deposit within 14 days of booking secures your spot, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. After that, no refunds — we recommend travel insurance.
